 I found these on a police car website. They would make pretty neat custom FRR or Welly customs.  They are from the El Paso sector of the US Border Patrol.

Pretty cool to see a lifted truck that isn't a Dare vehicle and actually gets worked every day. I wonder what manufacturer makes the lifts or if they are made in house?

It's old. It is made by ERTL, and another version, fast and the furious version that is DUBed out is made by them too, but nobody wants that one. They are really hard to find and can be quite expensive. Before police cars I collected stuff like this, but I sold all of that stuff.
