These photos depict the Prince William County,Virginia P.D. FCV Premier. A 528 piece run which is due in late this month. Sales are to department members so watch for them on ebay. The car features their new markings while retaining their traditional blue color and white. The blue was duplicated exactly from the paint code.

Although to see in the photos, the stripe has a slight fade on both ends and is bordered by a very thin lighter blue stripe per the actual vehicle.

very very nice ....it's a quite frustrating that dept ( in general ) doesn't want to sell to the general public.
Dept should think about us since we are totally addicted to those replicas !

PWC PD has always had Premier versions:
Roadchamps, Gearbox and now FRR
Racing Champions produced a van in 1/64 scale ( regular version this time )

Yes, I agree with you. But, as explained to me their reasoning was that they'd prefer to see their members make any profit vs. wholesaling some out to dealers and letting them take the profit. In the end they should still be available at around the same price as what resellers would have needed to offer them for.

Since I live in Prince William County, guess I'll have to contact someone in the Department to get one!  I have a custom PWC 88 Caprice made by Dan Coviello from the White Rose model.  Grin
